These terms govern the use of the platform for managing raw material inventories, production batches, and supply chains in the timber industry. They apply to all operations that use TimberFlow as part of digital origin documentation and quality control.
TimberFlow provides web-based software for recording and managing timber inventories, planning production batches, and documenting the supply chain. The platform supports the traceability of every timber batch from the forest to the customer and enables the digital management of quality inspection protocols. The scope of the available functions depends on the booked service package.
Operations are responsible for the correct entry of all inventory data, batch information, and inspection results. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Changes to master data, such as supplier or certificate information, must be entered promptly so that the origin documentation always corresponds to the actual material flow.
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. However, brief interruptions for maintenance work, updates, or technical adjustments are possible and are carried out outside regular production hours whenever possible. We assume no liability for damages resulting from temporary unavailability, unless intent or gross negligence is involved.
All data recorded via the platform is transmitted encrypted and stored on servers in Austria. We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection regulations. Details on processing and your rights can be found in our privacy policy. Operational data such as batch protocols and inventory quantities are not shared with third parties.
The platform is operated with the necessary care. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we do not warrant that the software fully reflects all legal requirements of the respective certification systems. The verification of the legal conformity of the documented processes is the responsibility of the respective operation.
The contract for the use of TimberFlow is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month. After termination, you will have the opportunity to export your data in a common format within 30 days. Thereafter, the data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with statutory retention periods.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will inform you of significant changes by email to the address on file. If you do not object to the change within six weeks, it is deemed accepted. Your right to terminate remains unaffected.
